The steering system

  The steering system is the core of precise steering for commercial vehicles. All components work together to transmit steering commands, amplify steering power and guide wheel deflection, ensuring driving stability and safety.

1. Steering Wheel: The driver's control interface for directly inputting steering commands.

2. Steering Gear: Converts the rotation of the steering wheel into linear motion for wheel deflection, amplifies steering torque, and is the core executive component of the system .

3. Power Steering Pump: Provides pressurized hydraulic fluid for the hydraulic power steering system, reducing steering effort and making low-speed steering easier.

4. Steering Tie Rod: Transmits the force from the steering gear to the wheels, enabling multi-degree-of-freedom rotation with ball joints.

5. Steering Cross Rod: Connects the left and right steering knuckles, calibrates the front wheel angle by adjusting the length.

6. Steering Oil Pump: The core power source of the power steering pump, driven by the engine, to continuously supply high-pressure hydraulic fluid.

7. Steering Oil Pipe: Transports hydraulic fluid to components like the steering gear, ensuring smooth operation of the hydraulic circuit.
